S.A.R.A. is a medical practice started by Dr. Sara Dickie that specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery for primarily middle-aged women, as well as patients of all ages and genders. Dr. Sara Dickie places a high level of value in patient-centered empathetic care, aiming to provide a very personalized service. Our team was tasked with a full redesign and development of her website, where I served as project manager. With an extremely busy client, my job was to work proactively and collaboratively with Dr. Dickie to coordinate meetings, usually on short notice, to keep the deliverables moving and on schedule. Internally, I worked closely with the creative team to establish an impactful information architecture and wireframes with client goals and target audience(s) in mind. Website available to view here.
